What is the difference between and indoor and outdoor unit?
Differences in units vary by location. Most of our indoor units are accessible only during office hours but are climate controlled. Some of our outdoor units are also climate controlled, and the majority of our outdoor units are accessible at all times.
How do I vacate my unit?
If you no longer need your storage unit, please tell your depot manager within ten days of vacating. One you have cleaned out your unit you must go to the front office to check out. Do not leave your lock on the unit, which will prevent a depot manager from accessing it and will result in additional rent charges.
What does climate controlled mean?
Climate controlled means that the temperature of the storage unit will stay between 55 and 85 degrees. This helps control humidity and heat, which will keep furniture and temperature sensitive items safe while you store them in your unit. Our average temperature for climate controlled units is 78 degrees.
How do I access my storage unit after hours?
If you have an outside unit, you may use your gate PIN # and drive through to access your storage unit.
What are the office hours?

We have recorded color digital cameras and many locations have gated entry that is restricted to only our tenants.
What is storage insurance and why would I need it?
All Aboard Storage uses a third party insurance company for tenants who wish to insure their items while keeping them in storage. Although insurance is not required it is recommended and will cover your items in the event of a fire, storm, flood, break in, or other natural disasters. See your depot manager for more details about our third party insurance provider.
