When can I move in?

You can move into your desired storage space with us anytime, provided it’s available and meets your needs. The move-in date depends on the availability of the unit size you need. You can check availability by contacting your preferred location or online. Once a unit is available and you have completed the rental agreement and paid all necessary fees, you can move in immediately.

How much notice is necessary before I move out?

All contracts operate on a month-to-month basis. Nonetheless, the company requires a 15-day notice before moving out.

What documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

When renting a space with us, a valid government-issued photo ID, like a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, is necessary. Some locations may also require proof of insurance, which you can get through the facility or your insurance provider. Check with the specific area you intend to rent from to ensure you provide all necessary documentation.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

The security gates are automatic and open when you enter the facility. Office personnel do not need to grant you access.

How do I make a payment?

We offer various payment options. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, or sign up for automatic deduction from your credit card or debit card every month.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We offer a range of payment methods, including checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

We provide monthly rental options by default unless a customer requests otherwise. We understand that storage needs vary, so we offer flexible leasing terms to suit your requirements. Our rental agreements can be short term or long term, depending on what works best for you.

You can rent a storage unit for as little as a month or an extended period if necessary. We will not require you to sign a long-term lease. We commit to providing our customers with flexible rental options that cater to their unique storage needs.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

You can bring your own lock or purchase one from the office.

How will I know how much storage space I need?

We offer a storage calculator tool on our website and a manager to assist you in determining the optimal storage space that suits your requirements. Categorizing items and creating an inventory list is essential for estimating storage size. Our professional staff can guide you through selecting an appropriate storage unit size from our various options. We can help you find the perfect storage unit that fits your needs by following these steps.

Are there any items I cannot store?

We focus on the well-being of our tenants, employees, and the environment. We have strict guidelines about what items you can and cannot store in our units. You cannot store liquids, explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, or perishables. If you have any questions about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and we may prohibit other things.

Do you have hand carts and dollies available at your facility?

We offer our tenants free access to hand carts and dollies that can be useful in moving items within the facility. Please note that these tools are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not always be accessible due to high demand.
